Billing for Limited and full account:
After an order has been processed, the given credit card will be charged.  A receipt of payment will then be sent by email. Gotsales Inc will send a payment receipt each time a payment is processed, until cancelled by the account owner. If we do not receive instructions to cancel the order within 10 days prior to your billing cycle, your credit card will be charged, and your posting order will remain active.

Guarantees and Refund Policy:
Gotsales does not guarantee or endorse the provided inquiries and is not responsible for the information supplied in the inquiries. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to research the potential candidates. Gotsales does not guaranty results. Gotsales will not issue a refund. Each advertiser need to follow the 10 days notice to avoid a charge on their credit cards.

Satisfaction Guarantee for Proactive Recruiting only: If after the first 3 months of the first term year, GotSales does not provide you with any candidates that substantially meet the agreed upon minimum requirements of the position, a 100% refund of payments made for the paid-in-advance portion of the fee can be requested, in writing within 3 days after the end of the third term month and provided that you actively cooperated with our proactive recruiting efforts and made timely competitive offers to all suitable candidates sourced through our efforts. The balance of the fee freely made is excluded as are fees for subsequent rep recruiting.
